Descrition:

Properties: High level hardenability and toughness, fully hardenable in all dimensions by oil and air, extremely wear resistance, high impact and compression strength, low distorsion, high polishability, suitable for polishing, texturing, EDM machining and repeated impacts and strong pressures in service.

a) Round bar: Dia 16mm-600mm , Length can be customized.

b) Flat bar: Thickness: 16-500mm Width: 200-800mm ,Length can be customized.

2. Shaping: Hot forged / Hot rolled

3. Surface condition: Black surface/turning/milling/grinding/polishing

4. Annealing Hardness: HB260 Max

5. Annealing: 610-650 °C
