Descrition:
Properties: A2 is air quenching die steel, having good air quenching hardening ability. Excellent roughness and wear resistance.
1.Size Available:
a) Round bar: Dia 16mm-600mm , ,Length can be customized
b) Flat bar: Thickness: 16-500mm Width: 200-800mm ,Length can be customized.
2. Shaping: Hot forged / Hot rolled
3. Surface condition: Black surface/turning/milling/grinding/polishing
4. Annealing Hardness: HB241 Max,Hardness after Q+T(quenching+tempering):57-60HRC
8. Hardness&tempering relationship: (982°C air quenching)
Applications:
Widely used in cutting die, calendar die, rolling thread die, some kind of shear knife, embossing dies, cutting, punching, stamping, bending tools, shear bladesm moulds.
